Shi Yacong, female, was born on August 16, 1985. She holds a doctorate in criminal law from Waseda University, Japan, and a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. She is a Lecturer of the School of Juris Master of China University of Political Science and Law. The working languages are Chinese and Japanese, and she is good at bilingual teaching and research in Japan, France, China, and Japan. Since 2011, she has published several papers in Chinese and Japanese, and published one Chinese core journal.
